The Guest Annexe (the middle of three properties) is situated in the hamlet of Broadholme, which was mentioned in the Doomsday Book and is approximately 2 miles from the large village of Saxilby.

 

‘The Conifers' is set back at least 150 metres off a No-Through lane and is approximately 7 miles from the City of Lincoln.

 

The near-by village of saxilby has a variety of shops, including a chemist, a post office, greengrocers and florist, a butcher, four public houses, various take-away food establishments, a Café, and two doctors’ surgeries.

 

Saxilby has a bus and train service.
